2005 News...

My last race at Daytona proved to me that I now need to concentrate on outdoor karting. It was the usual scenario where some drivers were getting away with bumping whoever they wanted and getting away with it, and others who were being watch for the slightest touches and getting penalised. The change in the number of drivers in the 'A' final was again in evidence, with only 8 in the 'A' final...guess where I would have been...yes 9th. I won the 'B' final, but that means nothing.

I have to say that I didn't enjoy the day, mainly because there is not the friendly atmosphere around that there once was.

I will now focus 100% on the Junior Covkartsport Championship and on the Rally Academy, which is due to start in July. I also hope to drive in more GP events at Three Sisters and possibly in other motorsport events.
