What I hope to compete in during the 2005 Race Season...

2005 looks like it could be an exiting year for my racing career. I have signed up for the Nicky Grist Junior Rally Academy which is scheduled to take place during three separate weeks in July and August. As I signed up for the 2004 Rally Academy which disappointingly didn't happen, I hope there is not a repeat of last years problems. If finances allow, I also hope to spend some time at the Bill Gwynne Rally School and also attend some sessions at the Three Sister Racing School.

I will also be competing in karting this year, initially at Daytona Manchester where I will compete in the Junior Inkart Championship. As I will have to compete in the junior events against lads who are a lot smaller and lighter than I' am, I will have to review competing in this championship, race by race. I also hope to compete in more outdoor events and I hope to do this by competing in more prokart events at Three Sisters which I enjoy. I'm also looking at the possibilities of competing in the Covkartsport junior prokart championship for 2005 but nothing is finalised as yet. Daytona Milton Keynes and Sandown Park hold various events, so I may try to race in some of those events. If the Nicky Grist Junior Rally Academy becomes a problem this year, I will abandon the idea and move into more serious karting possibly Junior Max.

During this year I will be looking at areas where I can expand my driving abilities and skills in other areas of Motorsport. More about this in the future. Details of the dates for the Nicky Grist Junior Rally Academy, Covkartsport championship and the Daytona Manchester Inkart Championship can be found at Karting Schedule/Plans.
